Correct installation method of pressure relief valve of vortex air pump

The pressure relief valve is an important part of the vortex air pump. It can well protect the long-term operation of the fan. When the fan pump air pressure exceeds the rated pressure of the fan, a part of the pressure will be released through the pressure relief valve to achieve the purpose of protecting the fan. .
The pressure relief valve provided by Nasid Electromechanical Co., Ltd. is classified into two types according to material, divided into plastic and aluminum alloy. According to the type, there are 0 to 300mbar and 300 to 600mbar, and customers can choose according to their needs.
What is the installation method of the pressure relief valve of the vortex air pump? Many customers just use it directly by connecting the pipeline to the installation. However, the service life of the high-pressure fan is often severely shortened, while the general high-pressure fan and the vortex air pump (high-pressure Air pump) manufacturers rarely train customers when selling products, so the fan often breaks after a period of use, and even when buying high-pressure fan accessories, they don’t know how to install it. When the high-pressure fan fails, Most manufacturers will only tell you that it is caused by improper use.
Installation components:
1, Nasid high-pressure fan (also known as whirlpool fan, whirlpool air pump, high-pressure air pump)
2, butt wire joint, internal joint
3, three-way joint or reducing three-way joint
4、Patch core reducing joint
5, pressure relief valve (vent valve, safety valve)
The installation method and steps of the pressure relief valve:
1. Install an equal-diameter internal joint at the air outlet of the high-pressure fan (the inlet and outlet of the Nasid high-pressure fan are equipped with internal threads as standard, so internal joints need to be configured to avoid unnecessary pressure loss in the future. You should choose when choosing internal joints. Equal diameter joint)
2. Install a three-way joint or a variable diameter three-way joint. Because the pressure relief valve is a G1 1/4 external threaded joint, the three-way joint should be selected according to the situation.
3. Filling core reducing joint, this joint can be installed or not, it needs to be decided according to the situation of the three-way joint.
4. For the installation of the pressure relief valve, please note that the installation is for positive pressure use (for compression purposes). The airflow arrow needs to be outward, and the installation bolt of the pressure relief valve needs to face the three-way joint, otherwise the installation of the pressure relief valve will not work. It is also necessary to check whether it is working properly.
5. When installing, each pipe joint needs to be sealed with raw material tape, otherwise it will cause gas leakage or insufficient pressure when the fan is working, and abnormal noise will also be generated.
