1. Prepare 32 or 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil (see climate and geographical to resolution), ready after the hydraulic oil will start to fill oil in the oil cylinder of hydraulic wrench pumping stations (pay attention to remind electric pump oil hole, the oil hole, level gauge, and the location of the pressure regulating valve), to pay more attention to in loading level gauge, when the liquid level gauge appeared to 3/4 can stop down the oil.
Note: if the oil is not new, then it needs to be filtered with a filter screen to prevent sundries or impurities from entering the cylinder; The thermometer in the liquid level gauge is the oil temperature gauge; If the anti-wear hydraulic oil in the cylinder is frequently used, it should be changed once 1-2 weeks, and if it is not frequently used, it should be changed once 1-2 months.
2. The next is the hydraulic wrench oil pipe. When connecting the oil pipe, we should pay attention to the connection of the fast joint. As long as the connection is guaranteed in this way, the check valve in the joint can be opened and the oil road can be dredged. Otherwise, after the connection, the steel ball in the joint has no top, and the check valve in the joint cannot be opened, so that the oil circuit is blocked, and the joint will be filled with pressure.
The wrench will not work. The second is to prevent excessive twists and turns when the pump station, oil pipe and wrench are connected, and try to straighten the use of oil pipe.
3. Connect the hydraulic wrench pump station to the 220V power supply, check the tension state of the pressure regulating valve before turning on the switch of the pump station, and loosen the pressure regulating valve to prevent starting with pressure. The red key on the remote control handle of the pump station is the power off button, and the green key is the power on and oil intake button. The new pump station or the pump station after the oil change from scratch needs to turn the motor on and off 3-4 times and idle for a period of time at the beginning of operation to clean the air in the tank. Then turn on the switch, press and hold the oil key after gradually tighten the pressure regulating valve to the demand pressure (MPa), adjust the pressure can start to use a wrench.
4. Determine whether the bolts are tightened or disassembled before use, and replace the direction of the driving shaft according to the site requirements. Press and hold the circular button in the center of the lock and gently pull the drive shaft to disengage the drive shaft from the lock and the drive shaft can be pulled out. After admitting the direction, release the drive shaft into the wrench, so that it is fully engaged with the spline sleeve, and then buckle the lock.
5. Press the oil inlet key when using the hydraulic wrench, the oil pipe will start to enter the oil, and the drive shaft will start to rotate. When the spanner clicks, it is proved that the oil inlet is finished, and then the oil inlet key is released, the spanner will start to return oil, and after a period of time, it is proved that the oil return is finished after hearing the spanner clicks.
Note: Be sure to press the oil inlet key to start the oil inlet after the end of the oil return. If there is no successful oil return, press the oil inlet key, then the drive head of the wrench will not rotate.
