  1. What are the driving components of the hydraulic wrench:

  The driving mechanism of the hydraulic wrench is composed of a hydraulic thrust cylinder, a ratchet mechanism and a mechanical connecting mechanism. The rational design of the hydraulic wrench driving mechanism is directly related to the performance, size and cost of the hydraulic wrench, and the driving mechanism must be taken seriously.

The role of the driving mechanism: mainly to convert the linear motion of the thrust cylinder of the hydraulic wrench into the rotational motion of the ratchet mechanism; for this movement conversion method of the hydraulic wrench, the commonly used methods in engineering are worm gear mechanism, crankshaft connecting rod mechanism , leverage, etc.

  3. Comparison of motion conversion methods of hydraulic wrenches

  For the worm gear motion conversion method, the hydraulic wrench has high conversion accuracy, reliable work, mature technology and stable action. It is suitable for high torque transmission but has a high cost and is not suitable for large-scale civil use. For the lever mechanism, the structure is simple and easy to implement, but it has many working nodes, and the structure and shape are too large, which is not easy to carry. The crankshaft connecting rod mechanism is suitable for the continuous rotary motion of the multi-rod driven hydraulic wrench, but the mechanism is huge, and the working dead point is prone to occur when the single rod is driven.

  The internal structure of the hydraulic wrench is composed of a reaction arm, a ratchet, a pawl, a drive shaft and a rotary joint. After the hydraulic wrench pump is started, the internal pressure is generated by the motor motor, and the internal hydraulic oil is transmitted to the hydraulic wrench through the oil pipe medium, and then the piston rod of the hydraulic wrench is pushed, and the piston rod drives the ratchet at the front of the wrench, so that the ratchet can drive the drive shaft. A process to complete the pre-tightening of bolts.
