With the introduction of foreign advanced wind power technology, the rise of domestic wind power equipment, and the strengthening of Sino-foreign cooperation, China's wind power industry is moving towards the goal of being in line with international standards. On the other hand, we are also faced with the embarrassing situation of lack of equipment production, installation and maintenance standards, backward technical methods and insufficient professional talents.

  As a kind of precision equipment, wind turbines operate in the field with poor natural conditions for a long time. To ensure the long-term effective operation of the wind turbine, we must pay attention to every detail on the wind turbine and take care of every component. The appearance of the fan is mainly composed of four parts: the tower, the nacelle, the hub, and the blades. And these four parts need to be connected by bolts. Therefore, in the installation process of the wind turbine, the quality of the bolt tightening effect will directly affect the normal operation and power generation efficiency of the wind turbine in the future - especially the bolts in key parts such as the tower, the nacelle steering seat bearing and the blades.

  With the development of the domestic wind power industry and the increased investment in the procurement and maintenance of wind turbines, the reform of traditional bolt fastening methods and the deployment of advanced tools are imperative. After preliminary locking with ordinary percussion wrench, torque multiplier or hydraulic wrench, according to the bolt strength grade, compare the bolt and nut size and torque value table, and then use a high-precision torque wrench to perform precise locking operation, which can greatly improve the performance of the fan. security. Although there are many ways to join two or more objects together, a threaded way to join and disassemble is an easy and ideal choice. Threaded joints are mainly such that the force that clamps the objects must be greater than the force that separates them. , while the bolts must be under fixed stress and not affected by fatigue loads. But if the initial tension is too small, the loads in different directions acting on the bolt will quickly loosen the bolt; if the initial tension is too high, the locking process may cause the bolt to fail. It can be seen that the reliability of the bolt is completely dependent on the correct initial tension. In fact, most of the way to confirm the initial tension is to require and control the combined torque by the specification!

  In China, many people still use the kilogram force (kgf) as the unit, and in the International System of Units, force is expressed in N (Newton). The conversion between torque units is: 1kgf = 9.807N (approximately)

  The intelligent electric torque wrench has a reaction arm, which can set the torque accurately and is used to complete the locking/removal of nuts or bolts; the driving part adopts a high-efficiency AC motor; the electronic control part adopts intelligent chip control and liquid crystal display; the mechanical part adopts planetary Gear reduction mechanism

  The intelligent electric torque wrench has novel structure, small size, light weight and reliability. No vibration, no impact, low noise, the operator is not affected by the reaction torque, so the labor intensity is low, and the repeatability is ±3%.

  The intelligent electric torque wrench is widely used in the initial and final tightening of large hexagonal head high-strength bolts installed in steel structure bridges, factory buildings, chemical engineering, and power generation equipment.
