First, test run
Put the imported hydraulic wrench on the empty floor. Turn on the main power switch of the pump to run the oil pump and check whether the oil pump is operating reasonably and everything is normal. Press the previous button on the power switch of the wire controller, the square shaft rotates gradually, the wrench stops rotating, and the pressure gauge quickly rises from 0 to set pressure; Release the key, the wrench returns automatically, repeated many times. Make the wrench high speed several times, check the rotation direction of the wrench, make sure that the wrench is loose or lock the wrench, when it is normal to put the wrench on the sleeve specification.
Two, hydraulic wrench field use steps
1. Adjust the pressure Press the key on the automatic switch of the pipeline with one hand. When the square shaft rotates gradually, the spanner will be in place to stop the rotation, and the pressure gauge will rise substantially from 0.
2. Adjust the pressure in the pump room to a low value, determine the rotation orientation of the wrench to the loose orientation, put the wrench on the sleeve specification, look for the reaction force support, keep it for a long time, and repeat the second and third positions until the nut is removed.
3. Lock
I. Torque setting
Firstly, torque can be set according to design requirements; If no design torque is available, set the torque according to the recommended values in the table.
Ⅱ, pump station pressure setting
According to the required torque value and the type of wrench used to set the pump station pressure. (Refer to instructions)
Iii. Make sure that the wrench turns in the locking direction, and put the wrench on the sleeve to perform the above actions repeatedly until the nut does not move.
