  5. Compression ratio. The ratio of the outlet pressure of the pump to the inlet pressure of a given gas.

  6. Ho's coefficient. The ratio of the actual pumping rate on the area of the pumping channel to the theoretical pumping rate calculated by molecular effusion.

  7. Pumping coefficient. The ratio of the actual pumping rate of the pump to the theoretical pumping rate calculated by the pump inlet area based on the molecular effusion.

  8. Reflux rate. The mass flow rate of the pump liquid per unit area and unit time through the pump inlet in the opposite direction to the pumping direction when the pump is working under specified conditions.

  9. Allowable amount of water vapor (unit: kg/h). Under normal environmental conditions, the mass flow rate of water vapor that the gas ballast pump can extract during continuous operation.

  10. The maximum allowable water vapor inlet pressure. Under normal environmental conditions, the highest inlet pressure of water vapor that the gas ballast pump can extract during continuous operation.
