How to Transport the Large Submersible Pump?

First of all, when transporting large submersible pumps, a special submersible pump transport vehicle should be used to fix the pump on the pump frame for pulling and transporting.
If there is no special vehicle, a truck with a tank length not less than the length of the pump should be used for pulling. It must be levelled with supports, and the suspended length of the pump end shall not exceed 1.5m.
At the same time, the submersible pump must be fixed to the tank to prevent bumps and foreign body collision damage.
Secondly, the screw protector must be worn at both ends during transportation. Prevent the plunger from escaping and foreign matter from entering the pump.
Thirdly, there should be no less than 3 persons for short-distance manual transportation.
Finally, when lifting, it should be lifted according to the lifting position designed on the packing box. When lifting a single pump, use a cross arm that is half the length of the pump.
