During operation, it is forbidden to use incorrect operation methods to grind the workpiece.
During the operation, check whether the joint between the wind belt and the grinder is loose. If it is loose, tighten it in time.
The pneumatic grinder should not be idling under high pressure, and it is not allowed to throw or collide objects to prevent damage to the pneumatic grinder or the grinding wheel.
When using a pneumatic grinder, you must wear protective glasses and a safety helmet, and tie up your seat belt when working at high places.
After the work is over, close the pipeline gas valve first, then start the pneumatic grinder to relieve the pressure, and then disassemble the pneumatic grinder.
The pneumatic grinder should be placed in a dry place and be kept by a special person. Regular inspections and maintenance should be carried out. The pneumatic grinder should be lubricated frequently according to regulations.
The grinding wheel should be kept dry, and should not be kept and stored in a humid or open place.
