Operation Process of Pneumatic Grinder

The pneumatic grinder is used widely in the building materials industry. The following is the operation process of pneumatic grinder.
Operators should wear good protective resin goggles or face protection devices and earplugs.
According to the characteristics of the work, choose the right accessories. The outer diameter of the grinding wheel must be controlled strictly and not larger than the specified size.
After installation, the grinding wheel should be started after the manual test is normal. After the idling and slow test operation, it can be used after checking and confirming that there is no problem.
Operators must understand and master the performance and technical requirements of the grinder used, and be able to use and manage it.
The pneumatic grinder should be kept intact and should be repaired or replaced in time if it is defective. The vent retaining ring and muffler of the grinder shall not be disassembled at will.
Before use, check whether the grinding wheel is cracked and the protective cover is intact, and use it after confirming that there is no problem. When in use, the contact surface and force of the grinding wheel and the workpiece must be appropriate.
When working with the pneumatic grinder, no one is allowed to stand or work in front of and on both sides of the grinder. The operator must wear protective glasses or take other protective measures.
