  The ultra-high pressure hydraulic pump is a special pump product. The name of the ultra-high pressure hydraulic pump originates from its hydraulic pressure, which is generally above 32 MPa. It can also be called an ultra-high pressure hydraulic system, and the corresponding oil pump is an ultra-high pressure pump. The piston area of the ultra-high pressure hydraulic pump is five square centimeters, and the unit pressure is about 3MPa.   Which is better, electric or manual ultra-high pressure hydraulic pump? In fact, the choice of ultra-high pressure hydraulic pump mainly depends on where you use it. If it is used for jacking and matching a hydraulic cylinder, a manual pump is recommended. If multiple hydraulic cylinders are used at the same time, use an electro-hydraulic pump. The pump is recommended, and the second is in the ultra-high pressure field. The manual pump also has ultra-high pressure, but it depends on the intensity of your work.   (1) In principle, the hydraulic motor and hydraulic pump are reversible. If driven by the motor, the output is hydraulic energy (pressure and flow), which is the hydraulic pump; if the pressure oil is input, the output is mechanical energy (rotation). torque and speed), it becomes a hydraulic motor.

  (3) In terms of working principle, both of them use the change of the sealing working volume to absorb and discharge oil. For hydraulic pumps, oil is sucked when the working volume increases, and high-pressure oil is discharged when the working volume decreases. For hydraulic motors, high-pressure oil enters when the working volume increases, and low-pressure oil is discharged when the working volume decreases. Differences between hydraulic motors and hydraulic pumps:

  (1) The hydraulic pump is the energy device, and the hydraulic motor is the actuator. The hydraulic pump is a conversion device that converts the mechanical energy of the motor into hydraulic energy. It outputs flow and pressure, and it is hoped that the volumetric efficiency is high; the hydraulic motor is a device that converts the pressure energy of the liquid into mechanical energy, and outputs torque and rotational speed. It is hoped that the mechanical efficiency is high.

  (2) The steering of the output shaft of the hydraulic motor must be able to rotate forward and reverse, so its structure is symmetrical; while some hydraulic pumps (such as gear pumps, vane pumps, etc.) have clear regulations for steering, and can only rotate in one direction. The direction of rotation cannot be changed at will.

  (3) In addition to the oil inlet and oil outlet, the hydraulic motor also has a separate oil leakage port; the hydraulic pump generally only has the oil inlet and oil outlet (except for the axial piston pump), and the leakage oil in it is communicated with the oil inlet port.
