The hydraulic manual wrench is because the manual high-pressure pump provides pressure oil to push the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder. It can be known that the hydraulic manual wrench is composed of main components such as manual pump, hydraulic cylinder, working head, oil pipeline and hydraulic valve.
During the working process of the system, when the torque to be output is small, the pressure of the system is low. At this time, the large and small pistons of the double plunger pump work at the same time, and the system flow is large; when a large torque is required to be output, the pressure of the system is high. When the large piston of the double plunger pump does not work, only the small piston works. The oil pressed out of the large piston cavity flows back to the oil tank through the overflow valve, and the system flow rate is small, which can not only achieve a large pressure requirement, but also reduce the pressure. The force of the piston rod. Therefore, the hydraulic circuit of the system needs two relief valves to control the high and low pressure circuits of the system respectively. One direct-acting relief valve is used to control the high pressure circuit, and it is also the highest working pressure of the entire system, while the other one uses a pilot The type relief valve controls the low pressure circuit, and its pilot oil is provided by the high pressure side.
