The seal is a relatively basic and important device to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic wrench system. Most leaks in hydraulic and pneumatic wrench systems are due to seal failure. If the sealing is improper, it will cause internal and external leakage of components and systems, which will not only reduce the volumetric efficiency of the system, but in severe cases, the pressure will not be able to build up and the system will not work; external leakage will also contaminate the equipment and pollute the environment.
1. It has good stability in hydraulic oil, that is, the volume change is small, the expansion and shrinkage rate is small, it is not easy to dissolve, and it will not cause changes in hardness; when the temperature changes within the range of use, the changes in elasticity and hardness are small;
2. It has good sealing performance and suitable elasticity, large compression recovery in hydraulic oil, and small permanent deformation;
3. Good wear resistance, small friction coefficient, flexible movement and long working life;
4. Simple structure, easy to process, use and maintain.
