The structure and precautions of hydraulic torque wrench,

The hydraulic torque wrench consists of a manual high-pressure pump and a ratchet-type hydraulic torque wrench. Manually manipulate the handle of the high-pressure pump, the hydraulic cylinder generates thrust, generates torque through the crank system, drives the rotation angle of the nut, uses a ratchet device to transmit the torque to the hexagonal wrench, and connects through bolts. The pre-tightened bolts are as required.
The manual high-pressure pump consists of a control handle, a high-pressure pump, a reversing valve, a fuel tank, a pressure gauge and a pipeline with a quick coupling. The ratchet hydraulic wrench is composed of a high-pressure oil port, a hydraulic cylinder, a crank, a reaction rod, a ratchet device, a sleeve, etc. The former is a power source component, and the latter is a torque transmission device.
1. The connecting hose should be in a free state and should not be set in a circle with a diameter less than 500mm.
2. Apply grease to the connecting pins and movable parts of the hydraulic wrench to reduce the torque loss caused by friction.
3. Improper handling of the hydraulic system during work.
4. After removing the quick connector, the exposed part of the connector must be covered with a plastic cover.
5. Normal hydraulic oil is used for working oil, and the working oil in the system must be replaced and cleaned every year.
