There are two series of hydraulic torque wrenches: driven hydraulic wrenches and hollow hydraulic wrenches. As the name suggests, the drive-type hydraulic torque wrench relies on the drive shaft to drive the corresponding specification sleeve to achieve the pre-tightening of the nut. As long as the torque range allows, it can be replaced by the corresponding high-strength sleeve to complete the bolts of different specifications. It is a general-purpose type. Hydraulic wrenches have a wide range of applications. The hollow hydraulic torque wrench is equipped with a transition sleeve. Generally, the extension of the screw rod is relatively long, the space range is relatively small, the spacing between double nuts and bolts is too small, the nut and the equipment wall are too small, or there are more difficult working conditions in some specific industries.
Driven characteristics
1. Forged with high-tech aerospace materials and ultra-high-strength aluminum-titanium alloy steel, the fuselage is integrally formed to fully enhance the strength and toughness of the fuselage;
2. Oil pipe joints that can rotate 360°×360°, no space restriction, free operation;
3. Trigger-type lock, easy to press, you can set the 360° fine-tuning reaction arm on a firm fulcrum at will;
4. The large-tooth ratchet is adopted, and the accuracy is as high as ±3%.
Hollow features
1. Forged with ultra-high-strength aluminum-titanium alloy steel, thin design, double-acting, high-speed, large corners;
2. Clip-on type, interchangeable plug-ins, no special tools, torque repeatability up to ±3%;
3. 360°×360° and 180°X360° rotating hose joints, suitable for compact occasions and convenient positioning;
4. The wrench has sufficient strength design, the overall reaction arm, fewer moving parts, durable and reliable;
5. Extensible metric and imperial hexagonal plug-ins and sleeves can realize the simultaneous use of one power head with multiple plug-ins;
6. Most of them are used for special working conditions: double nuts, bolts are too close to the equipment wall, bolts are too long, and the distance between nuts is too small.
