  3. Insert the high-pressure and low-pressure hoses with quick connectors into the connection between the wrench and the reversing valve (high pressure 1/4”, low pressure 3/8”), and after inserting them in place, turn the outer sleeve of the quick connector to an angle ( angle) to lock tightly.

  4. The reaction rod should rely on the corresponding inner hexagonal support sleeve or other places that can withstand the reaction force.

  5. The rotation angle of the wrench connecting rod should be controlled within the range of the angle (angle) calibrated by the reaction rod (fàn wéi).

  6. When pressing, turn the air release valve to the left for a full circle, open the air release valve, and close it when the air is exhausted.

  7. When the manual pump is pressing, press the hydraulic cylinder piston rod to extend and retract to rotate the reversing valve handle (Hand Shank), when the handle (Hand Shank) is at the left position (position), the piston rod extends , And vice versa, the pressure is zero when in the middle position.

  8. When pressing, observe the reading value (MPa) of the pressure gauge by (tōng guò) to obtain the torque value. The pressure value (MPa) at the required torque value (N.m) should be calculated according to the formula given in Table 2 beforehand.

  9. After the preloading is over, put the Hand Shank of the reversing valve to the middle position (position) to make the pressure return to zero. The hydraulic wrench transmits power to the working head through the high-pressure oil pipe and the hydraulic pump, which drives the working head to tighten or loosen the nut. The hydraulic pump can be driven by electricity or compressed air. The working head of the hydraulic wrench is mainly composed of three parts, the frame (also called the shell), the oil cylinder and the transmission parts. The output force of the oil cylinder, the piston rod of the oil cylinder and the transmission part form a motion pair. The distance from the center of the oil cylinder to the center of the transmission component is the hydraulic wrench amplification arm. The oil cylinder output multiplied by the arm is the theoretical output torque of the hydraulic wrench. The actual output torque is smaller than the theoretical output torque.

  10. When removing the high and low pressure hoses with quick connectors, first rotate the outer sleeve of the quick connectors by an angle so that the gap is aligned with the limit pin and pushed forward, so that the connector can be pulled out.
