There are many static electrode technologies, such as electrospinning, corona charging, charging collision, thermal polarization, low-energy electron beam bombardment, pure water jet, etc. The properties of electrets are also very different, and in terms of filtering function and electrostatic durability There are also differences in sexual improvement.
As we all know, as the storage time increases, the electrostatic potential of the meltblown cloth on the surface of the electret data decreases. Under different charging voltages, the electrostatic decay trend of the data surface is the same, and the storage rate is similar, and tends to remain stable within about 30 days. This shows that polypropylene melt blown cloth has a good electrostatic function. The higher the charging voltage, the greater the intensity of the electric field, and the greater the electrostatic potential on the data surface. However, a certain limit cannot be exceeded. If the charging voltage exceeds 10kV, spark discharge will occur.
Therefore, the data is broken down, so the charging voltage should be selected carefully. At present, in terms of the performance of the electrostatic electret, the corona discharge method is a better electrostatic electret method. When the environment is relatively stable, the thermal polarization method is also a better electrostatic electret method. The method of conflict electrification should be further improved in the experiment. Electrospinning requires the further development of science and technology; low-energy electron beam bombardment needs to improve and simplify the process of electrostatic electret.
With the development of the market, the pure water jet melt blown cloth method has also entered people's field of vision. The electret melt-blown cloth is to transport the prepared pure water to the nozzle through a high-pressure water pump, and then spray the melt-blown cloth with a fan nozzle. The electret melt blown cloth reflects all the static electricity, and the electrostatic electret has a long time! At first, the water column electrode melt blown cloth technology came from the United States. At present, many domestic manufacturers are studying the water column electrode melt blown cloth, the effect is better, but the corresponding investment is also relatively large, but in short, this is inseparable from one purpose: to produce high-quality qualified data!
