How to solve the problem of meltblown cloth becoming brittle and hard overnight after production

Many melt blown cloth manufacturers may encounter this problem: the melt blown cloth becomes brittle and hardened overnight after production. At this time, should Poe be used to toughen or a softener should be used to solve it? Qingdao Yueyuemei Medical Technology Company is mainly used to solve the brittleness problem of blown cloth.
The embrittlement of meltblown cloth during the production process may be caused by the following factors:
1. The melt index of pp1500 meltblown material is higher or lower. If the melt index is too high, the strength of the material is low. If the melt index is too low, PP will denature and no longer be PP.
2. If the meltblown equipment is small, the corresponding screw will be relatively short and does not have a stirring function. The material can only be melted by heating, and high temperature will degrade the material and make the meltblown cloth brittle.
The reasons why melt blown cloth becomes brittle after production are as follows:
1. If the long diameter of the spinneret is relatively small, the hole is thick and short, the polymer jetted fiber is thick, the gap is large, the time is long, and the water absorption rate is large, which directly leads to the embrittlement of the melt blown cloth.
2. If the coiling device is too short, waste heat will be generated during the coiling process and cannot be cooled quickly, and the PP material will become brittle after crystallization.
3. If the package is not wrapped with sealing tape, the cloth will become brittle when it absorbs more moisture.
In response to this phenomenon, we focused on solving key problems, and introduced a20546rp / RS special toughening and brittleness masterbatch for melt blown cloth. The anti-brittle masterbatch has the characteristics of low odor, high fat solubility, good toughening effect, high elongation at break, and good compatibility with meltblown pp. The amount of addition depends on the situation. It can effectively solve the problem of brittleness and hardening of the melt blown cloth, make the surface of the melt blown cloth smoother and softer, and improve the tensile strength and tear strength.
