What is the difference between a high-pressure air pump and a vacuum pump

There are many names for high-pressure fans in China, which are generally called side-flow fans, high-pressure vortex air pumps, and high-pressure blowers. Belongs to one of the fan types. What is an air pump:
Air pump generally refers to an energy conversion device that is controlled by a motor to drive air or other gas media to convert the energy output by the prime mover into air or other gas media pressure energy. It removes gas from an enclosed space or draws air or gas from an enclosed space. According to the power source, air pumps can be divided into electric air pumps and manual air pumps. The most widely used in the industry are water ring vacuum pumps and rotary vane vacuum pumps.
