How to solve the abnormal sound of the vortex air pump

　　What's wrong with the abnormal sound of the vortex air pump? The vortex air pump is a maintenance-free fan. As long as it does not operate under overload, and some protective measures are taken, it can run for a long time. If the high-pressure fan is abnormal, how to identify the source? If there is a problem, you can refer to the following situations.

　　1, abnormal vibration

　　If the vortex fan rotor rotates, its physical center is not on the same axis as the center of the rotating shaft, it will break the balance of the rotor. The closest distance between the physical center of the rotor and the center of inertia of the shaft is called the eccentricity. The unbalance of the rotor will cause the eccentricity. When the rotor rotates, the centrifugal force will drive the fan to vibrate, and then the vibration will be transmitted to the machinery. Part.

　　2. Wind noise

　　When the fan rotates, because the impeller blades periodically bear the pulsating force of the uneven air flow at the outlet, noise is generated; on the other hand, due to the uneven distribution of the pressure on the impeller blades themselves and the blades, they will affect the surrounding air and Disturbance of the parts will also constitute rotating noise; in addition, the turbulent attachment layer, vortex and vortex separation are generated when the gas flows through the blade, which causes the pulsation of the pressure distribution on the blade and generates vortex noise. The noise caused by these three reasons can be comprehensively called "cutting wind noise". Generally, a fan with a large air volume and pressure will also have a large cut wind noise, which does not need to be dealt with. Just understand.

　　3. Abnormal sound

　　Wind noise sounds only pure wind noise, but abnormal sound is different. If the fan is running, if there are other sounds in addition to wind noise, it can be judged that the fan has abnormal noise. Abnormal noise may be caused by foreign matter or slight deformation in the bearing, collision due to improper assembly, or uneven winding of the motor winding, causing looseness, which may cause abnormal noise.

　　Another situation is that if the fan is installed in the equipment system, due to its small space, there may be obstacles in the front and rear of the fan, which affects the natural ventilation; the improper coordination of the fan and structural parts in the system will cause resonance and other reasons, which will cause noise.
