Many times, due to the wrong model of the vortex pump selected by the customer, or some abnormalities occurred during use, many problems have occurred. Then how should we avoid these problems during the use process, in fact, we must pay more attention to maintenance and Maintenance is common in that the temperature of the air pump rises, which can be ruled out from the following aspects.
The working pressure corresponding to the vortex air pump has a certain temperature range. If it exceeds this temperature range, you should look for the problem. Because the impeller of the vortex air pump compresses air to form a higher air pressure during operation, it is inevitable to generate heat in the process of compressing air. The higher the wind pressure of the vortex air pump, the greater the heat it generates, the greater the power of the motor, and the higher the temperature rise, because the performance parameters of the vortex air pump are generally proportional to the power of the motor.
1. Regardless of whether it is used for suction or outlet, it is to keep the air inlet and outlet open, and the cross-sectional area of the end air inlet and outlet diameter should not be too small.
2. Maintain good ventilation and do not work in a sealed environment. The pump head temperature of the air pump is equal to the temperature generated by the vortex air pump itself plus the ambient temperature. Therefore, the temperature in summer is much higher than in winter, and it is normal.
3. Check whether the shape is appropriate. If it is not appropriate, it will cause a small horse-drawn cart and cause the temperature to rise.
During the operation of the vortex air pump, the temperature of the front pump body will reach 50~100 degrees, which is normal and does not affect the use of the fan. Mainly pay attention to the following points:
1. Whether the external temperature of the high-pressure fan motor is below 70 degrees;
2. Whether the current exceeds the range of the fan mark, if both of these meet the standards, it means that the high-pressure fan is operating normally.
In addition: After the high-pressure fan has been running for 15-40 minutes, the temperature of the fan will rise to the above value. Using high-pressure fans with different pressures will have different heating times. Therefore, do not touch the high-pressure fans with your hands during operation to avoid burns!
