There are also some camera industries that use the suction of the vortex air pump to suck the film, which can ensure the flatness of the film and also ensure good shooting results. However, in the textile industry, the suction force of the vortex air pump can be used to suck off the dust on the cloth, and the cotton yarn can also be tightened.
In the machinery industry, the stable suction force of the vortex air pump can absorb the gas in the sheet parts and the machine table to ensure that the mechanical parts are used together well. Special attention is that the iron filings on the grinding wheel machine can also be vacuumed. Suck it clean.
Adjustment of vortex air pump pressure:
1. Change the opening of the valve
Change the size of the cross-sectional area of the outlet of the vortex air pump. When the cross-sectional area diameter decreases, the local resistance of the pipeline increases, the pipeline characteristic curve becomes steep, the operating point moves from M to M1, and the flow rate decreases from QM to QM1. Conversely, when the cross-sectional area of the inlet and outlet becomes larger, the pipeline resistance becomes smaller, the pipeline characteristic curve becomes flatter, and the resistance decreases, and the flow rate will increase accordingly.
2, change the speed of the vortex pump
Changing the rotational speed of the vortex pump is essentially changing the characteristic curve of the pump. The original speed of the vortex air pump is n and the working point is M. If the speed of the vortex air pump is increased to n1, the characteristic curve of the vortex air pump H——Q will move up, the working point will be moved from M to M1, and the flow will be increased from QM to QM1. If the rotational speed of the vortex pump is reduced to n2, the operating point is moved to M2, and the flow rate is reduced to QM2.
