First of all, determine whether to loosen or lock the nut by pressing or unscrewing the locking screw, take out the square drive shaft for left-right reversal, install the square drive shaft locator, pull down the reaction arm locking device, and press as appropriate The direction of the square axis when the reaction force arm is installed in the orientation, loosened, and locked.

　　2. Connect the pump station, connect the high-pressure outlet (A) of the pump with the high-pressure inlet (H) of the hydraulic wrench, and the low-pressure outlet (B) of the pump and the low-pressure inlet (R) of the hydraulic wrench with high-pressure tubing respectively. When connecting, the quick connector on the oil pipe should be inserted to the end, and then the fixing nut should be tightened by hand.

　　3. Carefully check whether the oil pipe joints are connected reliably and whether there is oil in the pump.

　　4. Connect the power plug of the pump. It is strictly forbidden to run without oil! Place the hydraulic wrench on the open ground. Turn on the power switch of the pump, start the oil pump, and check whether the oil pump is running normally. Press and hold the last button on the wire control switch, the square shaft starts to rotate at this time, the wrench stops rotating when the wrench is in place, the pressure gauge rises rapidly from "0" to the set pressure; loosen the button, the wrench automatically returns, repeat several times to make the wrench Turn it idling several times and observe the direction of the wrench to determine whether it is to be loosened or locked. Only when there is no abnormality can the wrench be placed on the socket.

　　5. Adjust pressure: Press the button on the wire control switch with one hand, the square shaft starts to rotate, the wrench stops rotating when the wrench is in place, the pressure gauge rises rapidly from "0", and the other hand adjusts the oil pump pressure regulating valve and adjusts the pressure gauge. Pointer to the required pressure.

　　6. Loosening: Adjust the pressure of the pump station to the upper limit, confirm that the direction of the wrench is indeed the loosening direction, place the wrench on the sleeve, find the reaction fulcrum, and be stable, and repeat the action of the third item in the second item. Until the nut is removed.

　　7. Locking: To set the torque, first set the torque according to the design requirements; if there is no design torque, it is recommended to set the torque according to the recommended data in Table 1. Pump station pressure setting, set the pump station pressure according to the required torque value and the type of wrench used.
