Pneumatic Allen Wrench

source:Industry News release time:2021-04-13 Article author:Rosit Popular:Air band saw

The pneumatic allen wrench has a ball at the end, allowing the tool to have an angle to the screw. As the allowable angle increases, the neck size decreases and the relative strength decreases. Therefore, the size of the ball head and neck affects the high allowable angle and strength.

Pneumatic Allen Wrenches can be passed down to this day and become an indispensable tool in the industrial manufacturing industry. The key lies in its uniqueness and many advantages:

  1. It is simple and lightweight.

  2. There are six contact surfaces between the hexagon socket screw and the wrench, which are fully stressed and not easy to damage.

  3. It can be used to screw the screws in deep holes.

  4. The diameter and length of the wrench determine its torsion force.

  5. It can be used to screw very small screws.

  6. Easy to manufacture and low cost.

  7. Both ends of the wrench can be used.

  The national standard of hexagon socket head screws is GB70-1985, and there are many specifications and sizes. Common specifications are 3*8, 3*10, 3*12, 3*16, 3*20, 3*25, 3 *30, 3*45, 4*8, 4*10, 4*12, 4*16, 4*20, 4*25, 4*30, 4*35, 4*45, 5*10, 5*12 , 5*16, 5*20, 5*25, 6*12, 6*14, 6*16, 6*25, 8*14, 8*16, 8*20, 8*25, 8*30, 8 *35, 8*40 and so on.

Hexagon socket bolts are classified according to the hardness, tensile force, yield strength, etc. of the screw wire, which is the grade of the hexagon socket bolt and what grade is the hexagon socket bolt. Different product materials require different grades of hexagon socket bolts to correspond to them. All hexagon socket bolts have the following grades:

Hexagon socket bolts are divided into ordinary and high-strength according to their grade strength. Ordinary hexagon socket bolts refer to grade 4.8, and high-strength hexagon socket bolts refer to grades above 8.8, including grades 10.9 and 12.9. Grade 12.9 hexagon socket bolts generally refer to knurled, natural black hexagon socket head screws with oil.

The performance grades of hexagon socket bolts for steel structure connection are divided into more than 10 grades such as 3.6, 4.6, 4.8, 5.6, 6.8, 8.8, 9.8, 10.9, 12.9, among which the bolts of grade 8.8 and above are made of low carbon alloy steel or medium carbon steel. After heat treatment (quenching and tempering), they are generally called high-strength bolts, and the rest are generally called ordinary bolts. The bolt performance grade label consists of two numbers, which respectively indicate the nominal tensile strength value and the yield ratio of the bolt material.
