Advantages of Air Submersible Pump

First,the air submersible pump uses air as power, so the flow is adjusted automatically with the change of outlet resistance. It is suitable for medium and high viscosity fluids.
Second,it can be used in flammable and explosive environments, reliable and low-cost, such as the transportation of fuel, gunpowder and explosives. After it is grounded, it will not produce sparks, no heat will be generated during work, the machine will not overheat, and the fluid will not overheat.
Third,in harsh construction sites,due to the many impurities and complex components in the sewage, the pipeline is easy to be blocked, so that the pump will be overloaded and the motor will be damaged easily due to heat, such as wastewater discharge from construction sites and industrial mines. The air submersible pump can pass particles with adjustable flow, and automatically stop to unobstructed when the pipeline is blocked.
Fourth,the air submersible pump is small and easy to move.It does not require foundation, occupies very little ground.It is easy and economical to install. It also can be used as a mobile material transfer pump.
Fifth,in the treatment of hazardous and corrosive materials, the air submersible pump can isolate the materials completely from the outside world.
At last,the air submersible pump has low shear force and little physical influence on the material, so it can be used to transport fluids with relatively unstable chemical properties, such as photosensitive materials and flocculants.
