Unsuitable Environment for the Submersible Pump

The submersible pump is used in different working conditions to solve water supply and drainage problems. But the submersible pump is not omnipotent equipment. Any product has its limitations. Using in an unsuitable environment will only cause product damage or even accidents.
First of all, the submersible pump is a centrifugal clean water pump.The limitation of the clean water pump is that it is only suitable for conveying and pumping ordinary clean water without impurities.The working conditions containing complex substances and corrosive media are not handled directly by the clean water pump.
The clean water pump can handle water with a certain amount of sand, but in environments with large particles of impurities, it is necessary to install diversion covers and other accessories to prevent impurities from entering the pump body and causing damage to the pump.
The submersible pump cannot be used in sludge, which is the same as sewage impurities, and sludge is also a medium that the clean water pump cannot handle.
In order to ensure the efficiency of water delivery, the structure of the pump is made of stainless steel and other materials suitable for clear water. The sludge transportation will cause the pump body to block, and the pump body cannot operate in the sludge.The submersible pumps still cannot achieve sludge transportation, and direct use will cause damage to the motor pump body.
