The Main Internal Structure of the Submersible Pump

The submersible pump is mainly composed of a main shaft, an impeller, and a pump housing, with bearings, shaft sleeves, filters and auxiliary accessories.
The main shaft is one of the main components of the submersible pump, it is mainly connected with the motor and the pump impeller. It supports the entire pump product.
The movement of the impeller realizes the purpose of the pump, which is to generate centrifugal force, so that the medium can be transported out of the pump body.The pump casing is the body of the entire pump body.
Other auxiliary components are also indispensable for the submersible pump. The coupling part is located at the end of the main shaft of the pump and is used to connect with the main shaft of the motor to realize the motor driving the pump.
The coupling is very important. If it is damaged or broken, it may cause damage to the entire pump body and the motor. The filter screen is located at the water inlet of the VP submersible pump, and its main function is to prevent large solid impurities from entering the pump body and causing the pump to jam and damage.
Some submersible pumps also have a waterproof hammer device, which is located at the pump outlet to prevent the falling medium from causing damage to the pump body after the pump stops suddenly.
