Maintenance of Axial Fans

First,the operating environment should be kept clean and tidy at all times, the surfaces of the axial fans should be kept clean, there should be no debris at the inlet and outlet, and the dust and other debris in the axial fans and pipeline should be cleaned regularly.
Second,the axial fans only can be operated under normal conditions. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply facilities have sufficient capacity and stable voltage. Defective operation is prohibited strictly. The power supply line must be a dedicated line and should not be used for long-term temporary power supply.
Third,if the axial fans are found to have abnormal sound during operation, the motor is severely heated, the shell is electrified, the switch is tripped, and cannot be started, it should be shut down immediately for inspection.
In order to ensure safety, it is not allowed to perform maintenance during the operation of the axial fans. After the maintenance, a test run should be carried out for about five minutes to confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon before starting operation.
Fourth,replenish or replace the lubricating grease on the bearing from time to time according to the operating environment. There is no need to replace the lubricating grease during the service life of the motor enclosed bearing. Running short of oil is prohibited.
At last,the axial fans should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When the axial fans are stored in the open air, there should be defensive measures. During storage and handling, the axial fans should be prevented from bumping to avoid damage to the axial fans.
