How to Extend the Service Life of Axial Fans?

Exerting the best performance of the axial fans and prolonging the service life is not only in the manufacturing process and materials of the axial fans, but also depends on the correct use and subsequent maintenance. The following is the maintenance of the axial fans.
First, keep the axial fans clean and tidy. Clean the surface of the fan blade of the axial fans, the surface of the casing, the surface of the casing, the dirt and dust on the surface of the motor frequently, and reduce the load of the axial fans and the corrosion of the parts by dust and dirt. Extend component aging time.
Second, maintain the conditions for correct use.Remove the obstacles within 2 meters of the air inlet and outlet of the axial fans promptly. If there is a ventilation duct connected, it is necessary to clean and dredge the ventilation duct in time, keep the ventilation duct unblocked, reduce the resistance of the axial fans to exhaust, and avoid the axial fans from being burnt due to current overload.
Third,replenish and replace bearing lubricants in time.Open the bearing cover frequently to check the bearing lubricant.If you find that the lubricating oil is missing, you must add it in time. If the lubricating oil is very dirty and there are impurities in it, it needs to be replaced in time to prevent the bearing from jamming or burning the motor.
Fourth, check the detection circuit to ensure that the axial fans uses power normally.
At last,perform anti-corrosion and anti-rust maintenance on the axial fans frequently. If the fan blades, motor casings, fan motor brackets and fan ducts of the axial fans are found to be rusty and corroded, apply anti-rust paint in time.
