Operation Start of Axial Fans

The operation of axial fans is driven by an electric motor.When selecting the motors of the axial fans, it is hoped that the motors can drive the impeller to reach the rated speed quickly and work normally.
The starting of the motor includes the whole process of energized starting and acceleration. The starting method is divided into full pressure starting and decompression starting.
Reasonable selection of the starting method of the motor must be based on factors such as the capacity of the power supply network, the requirements of the mechanical load on the starting torque, and the characteristics of the motor itself, and a specific analysis is required to obtain the specified starting time.
For example, the capacity of the power grid is very large, and the starting current of the motor will not cause a significant voltage drop on the power grid.
In addition, the control circuit and equipment of the power grid allow a large enough starting current to pass for a short time, and then full voltage starting can be adopted.
If the torque required by the axial fans is not large when starting, and the grid capacity is not large compared to the motor, the main consideration is how to reduce the starting current,then use decompression starting.
