Working Principle of Pneumatic Grinder

The grinding process of the pneumatic grinder has three stages,that is, the beginning stage, the formal stage and the end stage.
The abrasive tool rotates at an increasing speed in the initial phase, the abrasive tool rotates at a constant speed in the formal phase, and the abrasive tool rotates at a reduced speed in the end phase.
At the beginning of the grinding process, the acceleration that controls the speed of the grinding tool artificially increases from zero to fast.
When the speed of the grinding tool rises to half of the formal grinding speed, there is a new change in the acceleration change. The acceleration that controls the speed of the abrasive tool decreases from the maximum value from fast to slow until the abrasive tool speed reaches the official grinding speed, and the acceleration of the abrasive tool speed drops to zero.
