The air grinder is a pneumatic tool that uses a pneumatic engine to drive the grinding wheel to rotate and perform grinding.The air grinder is a kind of grinder.
The air grinder is controlled by a stepless speed regulation system, which can adjust the grinding speed suitable for grinding various parts easily.
The main machine of the air grinder is driven by a speed-regulating motor.It is equipped with a high-power deceleration system, soft start, soft stop and stable operation. Through the upper and lower grinding discs, grinders, sun wheels, and planetary wheels, four directions and coordinated grinding motions are formed during processing to achieve efficient operation of simultaneous grinding of upper and lower surfaces.
The lower grinding disc can be raised and lowered to facilitate the loading and unloading of the workpiece.Pneumatic sun gear redirection device controls the grinding accuracy and speed of both sides of the workpiece accurately. It is equipped with a correction wheel to correct the parallel error of the upper and lower grinding discs.
