How to use pneumatic wrench and matters needing attention

The pneumatic wrench works with sockets of different sizes, can quickly tighten or loosen bolts or nuts, and can change the rotation direction, speed and output torque of the output shaft.
The safe operation rules for the use of pneumatic wrenches are as follows:
①The pneumatic wrench should be used within the functions and scopes limited by the instruction manual; and regular maintenance work should be carried out according to the requirements of the instruction manual. It is strictly forbidden to point the air outlet of the manual wrench at other persons.
②The maximum air supply pressure of the pneumatic wrench is not allowed to exceed the specified value. When the air supply pressure exceeds the rated operating pressure, a pressure regulating valve should be used.
③The air supply hose should be pressure-resistant and have an oil-resistant inner surface and a wear-resistant outer surface, and the hose should be firmly fixed on the joint.
④Pneumatic wrench, air supply hose, joint and clamp should be regularly checked for safety. If any abnormality is found, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
⑤ When using a pneumatic wrench to disassemble and install the nut, first put the sleeve into the nut to be disassembled, and according to the requirements of the nut rotation, lightly tap the switch to test the operation to confirm that the rotation direction is correct, and then officially run, the sleeve is not sleeved on the nut, It is strictly forbidden to press the switch. When working, the body (hand) should not touch the rotating parts of the pneumatic wrench to avoid work injury.
⑥ According to the specification of the wheel nut of the maintenance vehicle, select the appropriate nut tightening torque.
⑦ When starting up the machine, a certain axial thrust should be applied to the pneumatic wrench (through the sleeve to the nut) to ensure that the nut sleeve is not easy to be thrown out during operation.
⑧ It is strictly forbidden to forcefully throw the pneumatic wrench. After the work is completed, the valve of the air supply pipeline should be closed in time, the equipment should be cleaned, and the trachea coiled back to its original position.
