How to operate a high-power electric hydraulic wrench

The powerful electric hydraulic wrench (electric hydraulic wrench) is the torque generated by the gear system software pushing the nut to rotate according to the function of the hydraulic system. The utility model is composed of a wrench, a manual high-pressure cleaning pump, a reversing valve and a high-pressure and low-pressure rubber hose of a quick connector. How about actually operating a powerful electro-hydraulic wrench like that?
The operation steps of the powerful electric hydraulic wrench are as follows:
1. Select the hexagon socket specification according to the specification of the torque nut.
2. According to the regulations that a nut must be tightened or loosened, an application ratchet should be formed (the right-handed ratchet should be used when tightening the fixed nut, and the left-handed ratchet should be used when loosening the nut).
3. Insert the high-voltage and low-voltage rubber hose with quick connector into the junction of the wrench and the reversing valve (1/4 of high-voltage, 3/8 of low-voltage), and insert the quick connector in time. The case is locked by rotating a certain angle of view.

5. The viewing angle of the wrench crankshaft should be adjusted within the range of the alignment angle of the reaction lever.
6. When hitting, turn the exhaust valve to the left for a week, open the quick exhaust valve, and turn it off after the gas is exhausted.
7. When using the hand pump, rotate the reversing valve handle according to the telescopic state of the hydraulic system piston. When the handle is on the left side, the hydraulic cylinder extends out, otherwise the working pressure is zero in the middle part.
When pressing lightly, carefully observe the barometer reading value (mpa) to obtain the torque value.
9. After torque, put the handle of the reversing valve in the middle part to make the working pressure zero.
10. When removing the high-voltage and low-voltage rubber hoses with quick-lift connectors, the trainees should quickly turn the connector’s coat as a company perspective, so that the funding gap points to the positioning pins and pushes forward, so that everyone can Pull out the connector.
