If the hydraulic wrench must be torqued during the entire application process, please follow the procedure below to set the pressure of the hydraulic oil pump of the hydraulic wrench.
Press and hold the hydraulic wrench to turn the opposite direction on the handle to loosen the adjustment valve.
Loosen the handle on the hydraulic wrench in the opposite direction to make the hydraulic press zero.
Press and hold the button on the hydraulic wrench design plan, so that the motor can achieve the actual effect of the company's operation.
While pressing the emerald button, turn the handle clockwise.
Adjust the hydraulic press from the A low data to the desired value. When adjusting, the value must be gradually adjusted from low to high. If it is reversed, the value will not be very good. If the adjustment of the value is unreasonable, the value should be adjusted to be less than the rated value adjusted again.
Release the emerald green button, adjust the pressure by the value, then press the bright red button, if the value is not, it must be adjusted again.
After each running time, we need to adjust the pressure of the pressure reducing valve to zero.
