The main measures are: to transform the performance of the existing blower itself. For example, change the driving force and increase its power to increase the air volume and pressure; increase the rotation speed of the fan rotor to increase the air volume and pressure; you can also change the size of the air pump blades, and the blade widening and the angle of the blades can change the air volume, but the most The common method is to connect the same performance vortex fans in series or in parallel to achieve the same pressure increase.

  1. Vortex pumps in series

  That is, a pressurizer is placed in front of the suction port of the main fan to increase the density of the air sucked by the main fan. Since the volume flow of the main fan is constant, the amount of air passing through the main fan increases, which not only improves the compression ratio, but also The air volume is increased, and the fan output is increased. The air volume of the pressurized fan used in series can be slightly larger than that of the main fan, but the air pressure is lower. When two fans are connected in series, the characteristic curve of the fans is lower than that of the two superimposed ones, which is affected by the distance between the two fans in series and the pipe network. At the same time, install a cooling device after the pressurized fan, otherwise the temperature of the main fan is too high. Generally, in order to increase the wind pressure when connected in series. If the resistance of the blast furnace pipe network is large, the blast furnace has poor air permeability, and no large air volume is required, good results can be obtained after series connection.

  2, fans are connected in parallel

  Generally, high-pressure fans with the same performance are selected in parallel, and the outlet pipes of the two high-pressure blowers are combined into one pipe to supply air along the direction of wind flow. In principle, the effect of parallel connection is that the wind pressure remains unchanged and the wind volume is superimposed. When the resistance of the pipe network is small and the air volume is large, the fans can be used to supply air in parallel. In order to ensure the effect of parallel connection of fans, except that the two fans should be of the same model or performance as much as possible, the outlet of each blower should be equipped with a check valve and a regulating valve. The check valve is used to prevent the backflow of the pressure air. The regulating valve is used to adjust the two machines to the same air pressure when they are connected in parallel. At the same time, because the air volume increases after the parallel connection, the diameter of the air supply pipe should be enlarged correspondingly, which causes the resistance loss of the pipeline. No increase.

  The method of series and parallel air supply is only adopted under the condition of making full use of existing equipment, but it is limited to increase the output of the fan. Although it can improve the quality of use, the power consumption of the fan will increase. From this point of view, it is not Economy.
