The hydraulic nut consists of a nut body, a pressure ring, an oil injection port, and an oil discharge and exhaust joint. The appearance of the nut is cleaned when used. Hydraulic wrench is the abbreviation of hydraulic torque wrench. It is a professional bolt tightening tool that is powered by hydraulic pressure and provides high torque output. It is used for bolt installation and disassembly. It is often used to tighten and loosen bolts larger than one inch. The hydraulic wrench is composed of a working head, a hydraulic pump and a high-pressure oil pipe. Screw the nut into the workpiece and lock the nut. The pressure ring should be in the original position (position), and then insert the oil injection hose interface of the hand pump into the oil injection port, and lock the unloading switch handle on the right side of the hand pump ( Hand Shank), slowly pressurize, and at the same time, rotate the bleed cap on the top of the oil drain and exhaust connector inward to deflate until the air in the nut is drained, and the clean hydraulic oil flows out and then loosens outward to deflate the air Use the cap to close the one-way valve, continue to pressurize and inject oil, so that the pressure ring is pushed out to achieve the purpose of compaction, until the pressure reaches your desired compaction purpose.
