Hydraulic wrenches are generally composed of a hydraulic wrench body, a special pump station for hydraulic wrenches, a double-linked high-pressure hose and a high-strength heavy-duty sleeve. The special pump for hydraulic wrench can be driven by electric or pneumatic.
The hydraulic wrench is composed of a main body, an electric hydraulic pump, a double high-pressure oil pipe, and a high-strength sleeve. After the hydraulic pump is started, pressure is generated by the motor, and the internal hydraulic oil is transmitted to the hydraulic wrench through the tubing medium, and then the piston rod of the hydraulic wrench is pushed. Tightly disassemble and loosen operations.
The body of the hydraulic wrench is mainly composed of three parts, the body (also called the shell), the oil cylinder and the transmission parts. The oil cylinder output force, the piston rod of the oil cylinder and the transmission part form a motion pair. The distance between the center of the oil cylinder and the center of the transmission part is the hydraulic wrench to expand the arm. The oil cylinder output multiplied by the arm is the theoretical output torque of the hydraulic wrench.
The primary purpose of the hydraulic wrench synchronization system is to prevent unilateral pressure on the flange surface, which will cause the gasket on the flange surface to fail due to excessive kneading, and then cause leakage. The synchronization system is to use two or four hydraulic wrenches connected to one pump together. According to the hydraulic principle, multiple hydraulic wrenches work together and output the set torque together to complete the flange parallel closure, and the torque accuracy reaches 3%. The synchronization system can lock the bolts at one time, while the single system needs to be loaded repeatedly and locked step by step. It can be seen that the power of the synchronization system is much greater than that of the single system.
