Hydraulic torque wrench is an industrial strength torque wrench, mainly used in industrial pipeline engineering. So how to use a hydraulic torque wrench?
1. Installation parts. When the hydraulic torque wrench is removed, we need to assemble it and connect the hydraulic wrench high-pressure hose to the power pack and the other end of the hydraulic torque wrench. , And tighten any joints to ensure the safety of all connections between the three hydraulic torque wrench sets.
2. Adjust. Hydraulic torque wrenches can be adjusted and set. If your project has a predetermined torque level, you should be aware of this and set the corresponding control. If there is no specific torque setting recommendation, please start the lowest setting and start working. Be careful not to overtighten any heavy bolts or nuts, as they will likely break the thread.
3. Install a hydraulic torque wrench. If the hydraulic wrench you are using feels different, just understand how to set the required torque for the hydraulic torque wrench and follow the instructions in the user manual. Make sure to understand the operating instructions of the power tool before using it.
4. Use a hydraulic torque wrench. When connecting the nut of the hydraulic torque wrench, it is necessary to align the position correctly and press the two pipes to start the hydraulic wrench. In addition, the pressure regulator should be loosened to allow your hydraulic torque wrench to make final adjustments. Likewise, you will need to be familiar with your own model of hydraulic torque wrench to allow the adjustment to be performed correctly.
