Operation method:
1. According to the size of the pre-tightening nut, an inner hexagon socket is selected;
2. According to the requirements of tightening or loosening the nut, combine the ratchet (right ratchet is used when tightening the nut, and left ratchet is used when loosening the nut);
3. Insert the high and low pressure hoses with quick connectors into the connection between the wrench and the reversing valve (high pressure 1/4″, low pressure 3/8″), and after inserting them in place, turn the outer sleeve of the quick connector to an angle, Locked
4. The reaction rod should rely on the corresponding inner hexagonal support sleeve or other places that can withstand the reaction;
5. The large and small rotation angle of the wrench connecting rod should be controlled within the range of the angle calibrated by the reaction rod;
6. Rotate the air release valve one circle to the left, open the air release valve, and close it when the air is exhausted;
7. For manual pumps, turn the reversing valve handle according to the extension and contraction of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder. When the handle is at the left position, the piston rod extends, and vice versa, the pressure is zero at the middle position;
8. The torque value can be obtained by observing the reading value (MPa) of the pressure gauge.
Beforehand, the pressure value (MPa) at the required torque value (N.m) should be calculated according to the formula given in the table;
9. After preloading, put the handle of the reversing valve in the middle position to make the pressure zero;
10. When removing the high and low pressure hoses with quick connectors, first rotate the outer sleeve of the quick connector by an angle so that the notch is aligned with the limit pin and pushed forward, so that the connector can be pulled out.
