Hydraulic (hydraulic) wrench tension pre-tightening is the use of hydraulic pressure to stretch the bolt (composition: head and screw) through a special tensioner (tōng guò) to a predetermined elongation, so that the nut can be free from any load (load ) Tighten under the condition (Condition) to ensure the pre-tightening force of the bolt. In fact, there are four bolt pre-tightening methods. From the analysis of bolts, there are only two: one is the use of mechanical and hydraulic wrenches to tighten the nuts, passing through the sliding surface, and the bolts are elongated. ; The method of electrical and hydraulic pre-tightening force is to use thermal expansion (inflate) force and hydraulic pressure to extend the bolt, and then easily turn the nut, while eliminating external factors (factor), pre-tightening the bolt's elastic deformation. The difference between the two is that in the pre-tensioning process (guò chéng), the thread is always subjected to higher tensile stress and torsional shear stress than under tensile conditions, and the latter is separated from the two stages of elongation and contraction. In the elongation phase, the thread does not bear any additional stress during any work.
However, hydraulic wrench manufacturers (also known as manufacturers) believe that this kind of operation and control is simple and convenient, but the accuracy (precision) is not high, and it is not suitable for the connection of large bolts (composition: head and screw). Hydraulic wrench is the abbreviation of hydraulic torque wrench. It is a professional bolt tightening tool that is powered by hydraulic pressure and provides high torque output. It is used for bolt installation and disassembly. It is often used to tighten and loosen bolts larger than one inch. The hydraulic wrench is composed of a working head, a hydraulic pump and a high-pressure oil pipe. In recent years, the commonly used method for determining bolt elongation is to control the pre-tightening force, and the elongation can be calculated according to the pre-tightening value (guī dìng). The large-diameter bolt method is used for heating or hydraulic pre-tightening. Bolts, so as to achieve the desired pre-tightening force. Generally speaking, in the early days of bolt pre-tightening, it is a purely mechanical method to carry out manpower and feel. With the increase in pre-tightening requirements, torque wrenches, labor-saving wrenches, hydraulic wrenches, electric heating methods and hydraulic stretching methods have gradually developed.
