Tell everyone what you need to pay attention to when using the bolt tensioner
(1) The oil pressure must be calculated before use to avoid excessive working pressure that exceeds the bearing capacity of the bolt (composition: head and screw), causing the bolt to undergo plastic deformation and vandalism. Hydraulic wrench is the abbreviation of hydraulic torque wrench. It is a professional bolt tightening tool that is powered by hydraulic pressure and provides high torque output. It is used for bolt installation and disassembly. It is often used to tighten and loosen bolts larger than one inch. The hydraulic wrench is composed of a working head, a hydraulic pump and a high-pressure oil pipe. The tensile force generated by the bolt tensioner is equal to the product of the output pressure of the power source and the effective area of the piston. Therefore, the allowable stress can be calculated according to the strength level of the bolt used, and the output pressure of the pump can be reversed. Ensure that the deformation of the bolt is within the elastic degeneration, and complete the -T operation without damaging the bolt.
(2) In the process of pressurization (guò chéng), pressurization should be as uniform as possible (jūn yún). Every time a certain pressure is increased, the pressure must be stabilized and then increased to avoid excessive impact tension, which will affect the pre-tightening effect of the bolt (composition: head and screw).
(3) In the stretching process (guò chéng), attention should be paid to the maximum design stroke of the stretcher. If the maximum stroke is exceeded, the seals may be cut, or a safety accident may occur. Generally, the stretcher has a maximum stroke warning (warning notice) line, and the user is required to pay attention to the maximum stroke at any time during use.
(4) When using the tensioner to disassemble the bolt (composition: head and screw), after the tension nut is tightened, loosen about 3/4 to one turn to avoid pulling the bolt when the bolt is elastically reset. The extension nut is tightened on the piston. When pre-tightening the bolt, there is no such problem (Emerson), this part of the force is mainly borne by the working nut instead of the tension nut.
