Precautions for Maintaining Air Submersible Pump

First of all,long-term dry operation is prohibited strictly. Because the pump uses friction wheels to limit the speed, idling will cause friction and heating, and temperature rise will damage parts.
Second,it is strictly forbidden to drop or throw, and it is strictly forbidden to hit the pump body with a sledgehammer or sharp pick. Before firing, take care to remove the pump from the working surface to prevent stones from being damaged.
Third,when using a hose to connect to the pump, pay attention to the cleanliness of the joint to prevent stone dust from being sucked into the pump.When assembling the upper cover of the turbine after maintenance, pay attention to the alignment of the nozzle air outlet with the arc of the pump body's noise chamber, otherwise, the efficiency will be reduced.
Fourth,the submersible pump should be disassembled and refueled after running for about 300 hours.When the pump is not in use, a small amount of engine oil should be applied to the fan blades to avoid rust.
At last,when the pump needs to be disassembled, please do not replace the asbestos paper pad at will. If it is damaged, the paper pad or asbestos board must be of equal thickness, otherwise it will affect the technical indicators and work.Because the gap is inspected and adjusted strictly before leaving the factory.
