Production process of melt blown cloth manufacturers
1. Melt extrusion
The extrusion volume of the polymer melt produced by the meltblown fabric factory affects the linear density and output of the fiber. The higher the number of grams of polymer melt extruded from the fuse hole per minute, the thicker the fiber. Therefore, under the premise of ensuring fiber fineness, it is necessary to increase the number of spinneret holes to increase the output of meltblown nonwovens.
2. Draught heat flow velocity
The main process parameter of the secondary hot melt flow rate during the injection process directly affects the fineness of the fiber. The polymer melt used for extrusion and a certain amount of melt viscosity, higher air drawing speed, linear drawing effect, microfluid for melt spinning of polymer? In industrial production, with the rapid development of information technology, ventilated hot air can be used to compensate for the continuous change of fiber hole diameter caused by the increase in polymer extrusion time, that is, the flow of secondary hot air must match the polymer extrusion .
3. Melting temperature
The melt blown temperature of the melt blown cloth is the working temperature, which can be used to adjust the melt viscosity of the polymer melt nozzle. The melting temperature is usually higher than the melting point of the PP resin in a viscous flow state. When other process conditions remain constant, the melt viscosity of the polymer decreases and the melt fluidity becomes better. Therefore, microfibers can be easily obtained by melt spraying by using a high MF polymer chip material. However, if the melt viscosity of the meltblown fabric factory is too small, it will cause the melt flow to expand too much, and the short ultrafine fibers will fly into the air and cannot be collected. This is called the "flying" phenomenon in the meltblown process. .
