How to minimize the damage rate of the vortex air pump? It emphasizes the importance of preventing problems before they happen. Before we do anything, we can learn to look at the problem with a long-term perspective, find and solve the problem early. This sentence also applies to the high-pressure vortex fan industry. We can prevent it from the following aspects.
1. Regularly check or observe whether there are any abnormalities during the operation of the fan. During the start, operation or stop of the fan, if any abnormality is found, it should be shut down immediately for inspection and maintenance, and the cause of the abnormality should be found out, and try to eliminate the situation or deal with it Faults, if minor faults cannot be eliminated, check and repair immediately, and do not continue to run to avoid aggravating the fault
2. In addition to careful observation, you can detect and observe the noise of the fan. Once you find that the noise suddenly increases or the sound is different than usual (such as friction or occasional harshness), you must try to find the cause of the increase in noise. In many cases, the fan fails. One of the first forms of expression reflects the difference in sound.
Attention should be paid to the maintenance of the vortex pump:
1: After the fan has been used for a period of time, if too much dust or dirt is found, pay attention to cleaning up the dust, dirt and other impurities in the fan and gas pipeline. If there is water stains, pay attention to air drying to prevent it from rusting.
2: When the fan is damaged and needs to be repaired, the power must be cut off and the machine must be shut down during operation. The switch should be supervised by a dedicated person to prevent midway power supply. If it cannot be repaired, it can be returned to the factory for maintenance by professional maintenance personnel. .
3: Carefully record, count, and check the quantity of tools and raw materials (including the number of screws, gaskets, and record the installation location) before and after maintenance to prevent it from being left in the fan and pipeline, or improper installation that affects the performance of the fan.
4: Power-on test to ensure that the fan is connected correctly, and then turn it on again. Do not stand in the direction of the entrance and exit of the fan during the test run.
5: Irrelevant persons are strictly forbidden to be onlookers during installation, maintenance and testing.
