In the design of anti-corrosion fans, surface treatment methods are often used, such as galvanizing, chrome plating, and chemical plating on the fan surface. These methods are effective in many environments, but for rotating parts, one must pay attention to an important phenomenon: matrix Material and coating are two kinds of materials, and their linear expansion coefficients are different. They will produce different amounts of deformation when the rotating parts are elastically deformed, which will cause a large number of micro-cracks; if the aforementioned phenomenon exists, it will accelerate the formation of corrosion .
