1. Select the corresponding anti-corrosion fan according to the use environment.

2. The internal structure of the vortex fan ensures anti-corrosion and no dead spots
The mechanical structure design of the fan is very important for anti-corrosion. An excellent fan design can prolong the service life of the equipment and also ensure the safety of the equipment. For fans, the most likely to accelerate corrosion is the stress concentration tendency and the crevice environment, which will continuously expand the corrosion area through small gaps. Sometimes although the metal is immersed in the solution, the corrosion rate is small; but the gaps formed are due to The chemical and electrochemical state of the internal solution has changed, causing severe crevice corrosion. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid these problems in the design.
Third, the fan surface protection measures affect the life of the anti-corrosion fan.
A basic idea to control corrosion is to isolate the corrosive environment. In the design of anti-corrosion fans, surface treatment methods are often used, such as galvanizing, chrome plating, and chemical plating on the fan surface. These methods are effective in many environments, but for rotating parts, one must pay attention to an important phenomenon: matrix Material and coating are two kinds of materials, and their linear expansion coefficients are different. They will produce different amounts of deformation when the rotating parts are elastically deformed, which will cause a large number of micro-cracks; if the aforementioned phenomenon exists, it will accelerate the formation of corrosion . Therefore, the surface protection methods for rotating parts should be used with caution.
