Once the seal is not tight, not only the gas inside the equipment will leak, but also a series of serious consequences.
There are many forms of sealing for vortex fans. The most widely used in products such as vortex fans is the labyrinth sealing method, which can meet the requirements for sealing and pressure under low pressure conditions. At present, the most advanced and effective dry gas seal should be dry gas seal. Because it uses nitrogen or other harmless gas as the sealing medium, the environmental protection of the seal is very prominent. In addition to the second, mechanical seals, floating ring seals, etc. are also the sealing methods used by vortex fans in different environments. Corresponding components are used as sealing devices to prevent the leakage of vortex fans and cause pressure. And flow loss.
If there are not strict requirements for the closed type of the whirlpool wind, the sealing process is generally not done, because the whirlpool fan is not like the ordinary centrifugal fan.
