Start-stop motor control cannot form a closed-loop control, and the concept of power saving is less considered. However, in actual use, the flow rate varies with various factors such as season, temperature, process, etc... The maximum flow rate is much smaller. To reduce the flow, usually only the opening of the baffle or valve can be adjusted, that is, the flow is adjusted by closing and opening the opening of the valve/baffle. The essence of the valve control method is to change the flow rate by changing the resistance of the pipe network. In this control method, when the required flow rate is reduced, the pressure will increase instead, so the reduction of shaft power is limited. At this time, the excess fan and pump power will be The resulting increase in pressure causes a large energy loss.

  According to the principle of fluid mechanics, it is known that the flow rate is proportional to the first square of the speed, the pressure is proportional to the square root of the speed, and the power is proportional to the square root of the speed. The high-pressure fan frequency conversion energy-saving control cabinet can adjust the flow by changing the fan speed while keeping the valve and baffle opening unchanged. The essence is to save electricity by reducing fluid power. This control method can fundamentally eliminate the power waste of the "big horse-drawn trolley" that is common due to the selection or load changes of high-pressure fans and water pump equipment, eliminate the baffle throttling resistance, and make the high-pressure fans and water pumps always run in Best working condition.

  The key factor to solve the problem of the pump valve movement law, the rationality of the pump structure and its improvement is the state of the flow field in the pump. Therefore, studying the flow field in the pump, especially the mixed-phase flow field, is the key to improving the performance of the oil well pump. . With the maturity of PIV (Particle Imaging Velocity) technology, LDV (Laser Doppler Flow Velocity Meter) technology and ultrasonic technology, people can use these advanced flow field testing techniques to achieve measurement without disturbing the flow field. High precision. There have been examples of using these advanced technologies to study the flow field of oil well pumps in Canada, but no relevant results have been published.

  Therefore, the use of advanced technologies such as PIV to study the flow field in the pump to improve the structure of the pump is the general direction of future development. In view of this, the Ocean Engineering Research Office of the University of Petroleum (Beijing) has carried out a visualization study of the flow field in the oil well. As there is no precedent in this regard, the plan is to start with the experiment, with both theory and practice.
