Trouble shooting method of vortex air pump motor

  The high-pressure vortex air pump is simple to use, maintenance-free, and the operating principle of the fan has been discussed before. However, in the process of use, no one can guarantee that there will be no problems. A common fault is that the fan sucks in particles or impurities, causing the impeller and the pump body to rub or burn the motor.

  If the motor is abnormal during the use of the fan, the following methods can be used to troubleshoot the fault. The inspection methods for motor failure are as follows:

  External observation method: check the junction box and winding end for burnt phenomenon and burnt smell.

  Temperature detection method: Let the high-pressure vortex air pump run for 20 minutes without load, and then check whether the temperature of the winding part is normal.

Pneumatic Submersible Pump

  Power-on experiment method: Use an ammeter to measure. If the current in a certain phase is too large, then there is a problem.

  Bridge inspection: Measure the DC resistance of the windings, whether the phase difference exceeds 5%, if it exceeds, it means there is a short circuit.

  Voltage drop method: Connect the three windings in series, and then pass in low-voltage safe alternating current. If the reading is small, there will be a short circuit.

  2. Scaling phenomenon of vortex air pump and its harmfulness:

  During the use of the vortex air pump, scaling may occur due to process water, calcium and magnesium hardness, PH value, total alkalinity and temperature. Once this phenomenon occurs in the air pump, it will have a certain impact on it, mainly including:

  1. It will increase the number of unplanned shutdowns, which will cause production interruptions, which will affect production efficiency and increase costs.

  2, it will increase chemical consumption and pollution load.

  3. It is easy to cause production accidents in the equipment, increase the energy consumption of the equipment, and shorten the service life of the equipment.
