  When the vortex air pump is working, the user cannot use it under no-load conditions. The connecting device must be used to apply the blowing or suction force of the fan to the object to achieve the purpose of using the fan. However, in the early stage selection, The connection method of these pipes, the number of elbows in the pipe, and the length of the pipe will cause a certain loss in the air volume or pressure of the vortex air pump. The thickness of the pipe will also affect the flow rate.

  The resistance of the gas flow of the rotary air pump is generally analyzed and considered from two aspects, one is the frictional resistance, and the other is the local resistance of the pipeline.

  What we will analyze below is the control method of the local resistance in the pipeline of the high-pressure fan to help us better choose and use the high-pressure fan. There is not much introduction in frictional resistance. The force is very small. The focus is on local resistance, which is the energy loss caused by the change of the flow velocity and the direction of the air flowing through the pipe and the vortex. That is to say, various reducing pipes, When the air pipe inlet and outlet, valves, elbow tee, cross, and air outlet change, some local resistance will be generated, which will have a certain impact on the use of the fan.

  Therefore, local resistance accounts for a relatively large proportion of the system used by the fan. In order not to affect its normal operation, attention should be paid to the design to minimize local resistance. The commonly used method is to use straight pipe connections as the first choice to reduce the use of elbows. If a circular duct elbow is used, its radius of curvature should be greater than the pipe diameter; the longer the aspect ratio of the rectangular duct elbow section is, the better; the rectangular right-angle elbow is best to have a deflector in it. In order to reduce the local resistance of the tee, it is very helpful to pay attention to the connection between the branch pipe and the main pipe, reduce the angle and keep the flow velocity in the branch pipe and the main pipe equal.
