Which aspects of the inspection should be carried out before the sawing machine is used?
1. Maintenance of the sawing machine Before operating the machine, the sawing machine should also be checked to see if it is suitable for starting up. If there is a need for adjustment and processing but not processing, it may damage the machine tool or affect the processing quality at the beginning of use. Let's talk about what aspects of the sawing machine should be checked before use.
1. Check the position of the chip cleaning brush, adhere to the removal of tooth grooves and iron filings, and adjust or replace the chip cleaning brush if necessary. Check the height of the chip cleaning steel brush so that the steel brush just touches the bottom of the serration. It should not be higher than the bottom of the saw teeth, as this will cause excessive wear of the saw band or steel brush.
2. Check the position of the oil gauges of the gear box and hydraulic box, whether there is a need to increase gear oil 150# and hydraulic oil 32#;
3. Check whether the cooling water altimeter has increased demand;
4. Check whether the orientation of the saw band on the main and passive wheels and the tungsten steel guide blade is correct;
5. Check the saw band tension adjustment valve to select the appropriate sawing pressure; the maximum tension of the high-speed hacksaw band is 55klbs/in2
6. Check that the pressure of the tungsten steel oil pressure gauge is 30+2kg/cm2;
7. Check the tension belt of the gear box;
8. Before installing a new saw band, remove the iron filings from the flanges of the driving and driven wheels (the iron filings may accumulate).
Second, just as the car needs regular maintenance, the sawing machine needs to be maintained and replaced after a period of use, so that the sawing machine can operate normally.
1. Replacement of steel brush. The steel brush can remove the iron filings from the saw band and prevent the iron filings from being carried into the saw wheel or even the saw band guide. If this happens, appropriate and serious wear will occur. It is suitable for the main side. The steel brush of the fault device will cause excessive wear of the saw band or steel brush, and will also cause instability during sawing.
2. Cooling water replacement When the coolant is to be replaced under normal use, the iron filings in the cooling water storage tank must be cleaned up every three months.
3. Replacement of hydraulic oil The hydraulic oil should be replaced every six months.
4. Replacement of gear oil The gear oil must be replaced after less than six months or 1200 hours of use
